Kelley is SO photogenic!! She has such an elegance and regal look to her and those eyes… WOW!  With or without make-up, Kelley’s eyes sparkle. She like myself, loves sexy, smoky, dramatic eyes balanced out with perfect glowing skin and a neutral glossy lip. A lot of women are intimidated by “dramatic” eyes, however that is definitely a look that everyone can wear, the look just has to altered for every women because of their eye shape, eye color and skin tone. Also, be careful not to use a heavy hand when applying and use the correct brushes (Shu Uemura are my favorite) to apply the shadow, not your fingers because you will need to blend so you don’t have a strong line of where the shadow stops. With blue eyes like Kelley’s, the best colors to use that come in a variety of shades are: plums, greys, black, deep navy, stone, silver, purples… basically cool tones.
